Ark Umbrella is our brand. Quanzhou Yisen Umbrella Co., Ltd. (泉州亿森雨具有限公司) is our factory, and Jinjiang Summer Ark Trade Co., Ltd. (晋江市沐夏优品商贸有限公司) is our export company. These names therefore appear in different parts of our production documents and trade-show materials.
Our Ark Umbrella team handles quotation and sample discussions. When requesting a quotation, please confirm the contracting company, manufacturing site and supporting documents for your order with our team. A document issued to the factory or a material supplier applies only to its stated holder, scope and validity period.
Ark Umbrella develops fabric and POE umbrellas for custom-branding, promotional and wholesale projects. Our company profile traces the business to 2010 in Dongshi Town, Jinjiang, Fujian, China.

We keep production-site audit records and supplier material documents to support sourcing discussions. They cover different organizations and scopes. The overview below identifies the records available in our archive; ask for the current documents applicable to your order.
The archive includes BSCI, Disney ILS and SWA audit records naming Quanzhou Yisen Umbrella Co., Ltd. The BSCI copy states an expiration date of 12 May 2026; the Disney ILS and SWA assessments are from 2022. These historical records do not establish current approval or brand licensing.
Supplier records include a GRS scope certificate for Fuzhou Runtai Textile Co., Ltd., valid until 22 September 2022, and an OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certificate for Sichuan Sunfeng Digital and Intelligent Textile Co. Ltd., with a stated end date of 31 October 2026. Scope, validity and order traceability must be checked for the selected material.
The archive includes PFAS and fluorine testing for identified textile samples. Eurofins report EFHZ26031152-CG-01, dated 12 March 2026, covers a black woven fabric sample. Results and detection limits apply to that sample, not automatically to every umbrella or color.
Supplier material and mechanical-test records describe carbon-fiber components. They can inform a component discussion but do not establish the wind resistance of a finished umbrella. Ask us to match the relevant record to your proposed construction.
