Choose the print around the canopy and artwork
A simple logo, a photograph and an all-over pattern need different preparation. Share the artwork, number of colors, intended print size and panel positions so the method can be reviewed against the selected fabric or film.
Logos and brand colors
Provide a vector logo where available and identify the colors that need matching. Confirm placement on the canopy, strap or sleeve and review the result on the proposed material before production.
Patterns and full-color artwork
Provide the highest-resolution original file available and show whether the design covers one panel or spans several panels. Seams and panel shapes affect alignment, so review the layout and a physical sample together.

Custom umbrella ordering questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
Ask for the MOQ for your selected model, material and artwork, including any split between colors or designs. A single minimum would not describe every combination in the catalogue; the applicable quantity is confirmed in your quotation.
How are sample and production times confirmed?
Send your required delivery date together with the specification and destination. Ask for sample preparation, sample approval, production and shipping to be shown separately in the proposed schedule. Confirm the schedule before committing to an event date.
Can I combine a handle, frame and fabric from the catalogue?
Use the catalogue to identify preferences. Components require a compatibility review as a complete umbrella; a saved selection does not establish that every combination can be manufactured. The sample should confirm the agreed construction.
How do I send the project for review?
Add your preferred models to the inquiry list, enter the quantity and project details, then continue to WhatsApp. Review and send the message there; saving items on this website does not send an inquiry. Artwork can be shared in the conversation.
